We provide removal and relocation services tailored to your needs. Our services include but are not limited to packing, transportation, and unpacking of your belongings. We operate within London and offer both local and international moving solutions.
3. Booking and Payments
To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information about your move. Payments are due as per the agreed terms. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the services.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
5. Customer Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to ensure that all items to be moved are packed and ready for transportation. You must declare any fragile, valuable, or hazardous items before the move. You are also responsible for obtaining necessary permits, parking arrangements, and ensuring safe access to your premises.
While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, accidents can happen. We are liable for loss or damage caused by our negligence. Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in our insurance policy, and we recommend considering additional insurance coverage for high-value items.
7. Delays and Force Majeure
We strive to adhere to agreed schedules; however, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other events beyond our control may cause delays. We shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to delays caused by such events.
We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if you breach these terms or engage in any behavior that disrupts the moving process. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and any outstanding payments will be due immediately.
If you have any complaints or issues with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of the move. We will thoroughly investigate your concerns and work towards a resolution in a timely manner.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our services or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
